I just made this and it came out very well. I marinated mine for 28 hours and it did the trick just nicely. The sauce is key here. I don't like mayo so I used Greek yogurt with a splash of Rice Vinegar instead and it it was great!

I made this yesterday, i like it a little bit spicier so i added Thai chillies instead of Jalapeño and added more black pepper. Otherwise kept the same recipe. I garnished it with scallions, cilantro and side salad. It was restaurant quality!!! The sauce was really good too!!

This recipe is really AMAZING!!! I did not grill my chicken. I stove top cooked them. Making sure both sides of the chickens are well seared. Delicious in every way imaginable. This green sauce I have made it numerous times on my own years ago because I discovered it while trying Peruvian food for the first time and LOVED it. I keep this sauce handy for everything. Me encanta con papas fritas y mayonesa aunque ya tenga mayo la salsa, extra es mas! Hehe procurare hacer el Pollo y tal vez recrear la receta + algo q Yo le añada en mis redes y canal ❤
