水蓮的神仙吃法!好吃到老公連吃兩天
▪︎食材:水蓮150g、豬五花250g、蒜末約3-5顆
▪︎調味:鹽巴、胡椒鹽、烹大師
▪︎調理方式:
①水蓮切成適當大小後清洗,清洗後泡過濾水開始處理其他食材(這樣煮會特別脆)
②蒜頭切成蒜碎,豬五花小片。
③熱鍋中不用加油,放入豬五花煎到兩面呈現金黃。
④肉推到鍋子的一邊,用豬五花偏出來的油脂爆香蒜頭。
(如油脂太多,可以用餐巾紙吸掉一點)
⑤接著倒入水蓮,及少許烹大師拌炒30-50秒就可以起鍋。
(如果是直火建議30秒左右,我是用IH爐通常要40秒,也煮過比較大份量的水蓮就需要到50秒)
