水蓮的神仙吃法！好吃到老公連吃兩天
▪︎食材：水蓮150g、豬五花250g、蒜末約3-5顆
▪︎調味：鹽巴、胡椒鹽、烹大師
▪︎調理方式：
①水蓮切成適當大小後清洗，清洗後泡過濾水開始處理其他食材（這樣煮會特別脆）
②蒜頭切成蒜碎，豬五花小片。
③熱鍋中不用加油，放入豬五花煎到兩面呈現金黃。
④肉推到鍋子的一邊，用豬五花偏出來的油脂爆香蒜頭。
（如油脂太多，可以用餐巾紙吸掉一點）
⑤接著倒入水蓮，及少許烹大師拌炒30-50秒就可以起鍋。
（如果是直火建議30秒左右，我是用IH爐通常要40秒，也煮過比較大份量的水蓮就需要到50秒）
