Not a hot dog fan but this definitely elevated it immensely 🤩 It was soo good, light, fluffy, crispy and the hotdog gets nice colours… don’t sleep on the cheese 🤷🏻♂️
PREPARATION
Hot dogs par boiled, (not sure if necessary) cooled and scored. Cut the dough ball into 1/8 for hot dog buns and let rest for an hour before stretching.
COOK
I’m shooting for a temperature of 650-700f on the stone, balancing the dough rising, the bottom setting and getting colour and not burning the top or hot dog.
