    Potential cabbage benefits:

    Red cabbage is a power-horse and can feel incredibly detoxifying depending on what underlying symptoms we may have. Possibly start with a very small amount if you are new to juicing it. It contains the amino acid L-Glutamine which helps our intestinal cells. It’s a great probiotic food which helps promote good gut bacteria. It has anti-bacterial & anti-fungal properties (helps with Candida overgrowth), can help heal stomach ulcers, help balance hormones, lower blood sugar, and may have anti-cancerous properties.
