🔥 BBQ Chicken Foot – Chef Briscoe Style | Finger-Lickin’ Jamaican Street Food Recipe! 🔥



Welcome back to Briscoe’s Kitchen, where flavor meets fire! In today’s episode, I’m showing you how to make authentic BBQ chicken foot – Jamaican style! This Caribbean delicacy is seasoned to the bone, slow-cooked, and tossed in a rich, spicy-sweet BBQ sauce that will have your taste buds dancing.

Learn step-by-step how to cook chicken feet, from boiling with bold herbs and spices to making the perfect homemade BBQ sauce. Whether you grew up eating this or trying it for the first time, this dish is a must-try!

🛒 INGREDIENTS – Chicken Foot:
• 2 tbsp chicken seasoning
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 2 tbsp green seasoning
• 1 beetroot (for coloring)

INSTRUCTIONS – To Cook the Chicken Foot:
1. In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a boil.
2. Add:
• 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
• 4 garlic cloves (or garlic cubes)
• 1 Scotch bonnet pepper
• 12 pimento berries
3. Add cleaned chicken feet.
4. Boil until tender and infused with flavor.

INGREDIENTS – BBQ Sauce:
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/3 cup tomato ketchup
• 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1 cup apple juice

INSTRUCTIONS – To Make the Sauce:
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Stir in ketchup, BBQ sauce, honey, and apple juice.
3. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Toss the boiled chicken feet in the sauce.
5. Finish in the oven at 375°F for 10–15 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
