  1. Ingredients:
    Fish – 1 kg, thinly sliced
    Eggs – 1
    Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
    Fish Fry Masala – 25 g
    Chili Powder – 2 tsp
    Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
    Corn Flour – 2 tsp
    Rice Flour – 2 tsp
    Maida (All-Purpose Flour) – 2 tsp
    Lime Juice – From ½ lime
    Salt – To taste
    Oil – For frying

    Mix, coat, and chill the fish for 30 minutes.

  2. Wowww the fish fry looks great pa😍❤👌🏻crispy on the outside tender on the inside-perfection👍🏻The masala coating is perfect, For me the masala usually comes off but yours stays intact😊❤️I never knew about adding egg to fish fry masala that's so interesting❤️❤️❤️
