Paneer tikka
🔥Curd 3tbsp
🔥Chilli powder 1 tbsp
🔥Garam masala 1/4 tbsp
🔥Cumin powder 1 tsp
🔥Besan flour 1/2 tbsp
🔥Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
🔥Salt
🔥Lemon juice 1 tbsp
🔥Paneer pieces 1/2 cup
🔥Onion
🔥Capsicum
🔥Tomato
🔥Marinate and rest for 15 min.
🔥Add to pan and cook for 3-4 min
Garlic butter
🧄To a pan add 3 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup garlic and cook until it is cooked soft and turns golden brown.
🧄Now add it to a mixer along with 5 tbsp butter, chilli flakes, oregano and blend it.
🧄Add coriander leaves and mix well.
✅Now spread a thick layer of garlic butter over a slice of bread.
✅Place the prepared panner tikka over it.
✅Add processed cheese, mozzarella cheese and Bake at 180°c for 15-17 min.
