1:50 my grilling school, will fail me in their course , if I ever use a Wire Brush to clean my grill.
You risk piece of metal from the brush, coming off , sticking to the grill..and getting into the food…bad bad.

They don't shed, they just break off. Metal brushes are definitely a no-no.

Pizzawheels.These are for nothing, specialy when you make pizza on a baking tray. Just take some normal scissors and dom"t spend money for nothing.

Question for you about gloves. I have the Weber grill gloves, but they just aren’t heat resistant enough when I’m using Kettle Pizza Oven on my Weber kettle. Any suggestions.
