I made the Taco Dorito Casserole today. I can say, this recipe it a keeper. I don't care for refried beans and my husband won't eat sour cream. We both loved this dish. Thank you for this recipe. Next time, I might add some cooked rice to it.

A while back, I got a recipe from one of your videos for a quick French bread pizza. This has become our every Wednesday supper meal. I take my mother for chemo infusion each Wednesday, and my husband and I attend bible study at our church on Wednesday evenings. The pizza is so quick and easy to make, is customizable, inexpensive, and very tasty. I appreciate you and the time you take to make life easier for us.
To ovoid using the oven this summer I’m searching for ideas and of course I come here to Julia 💓 That stuffed pepper casserole would also taste good just made as a one pot meal on the stovetop too!

You’re highly overcoming the beef. If should never be cooked fully when you still have to simmer etc. it’s going to be dry as hell. If you plan on doing so, add a teaspoon of baking powder to keep it from drying out.
Keep eating those veggies! I appreciate any easy recipes that are healthy and include multiple veggies. We are cutting meat for most meals but can sub beans or other options for a few of these. Be well.
