  1. I'm making these simple pumpkin popovers! But they're sure not setting up so I can roll them in my hands! 🙁 and I follow the recipe exactly. So I'm just taking a spoon and putting them in the muffin tin and putting butter on top and I added walnuts and of course more spice thank you I hope they turn out well bless you

  2. I like it plain as well. I am not a fan of chocolate, It always caused a bad migaine! Funny, I have a daughter who also is not a fan of chocolate. 3 tablespoons Ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons Ground ginger, (1 1/2) to 2 teaspoons Ground nutmeg, 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon each Ground allspice & Ground cloves for pumpkin pie spice whisk together and keep in an airtight jar. / it will last about 3 years / make sure each spice has a good scent or throw them out an buy new. Some mixes add a pinch (1/8 tsp) of black pepper.

  3. Pro tip: whenever a dessert calls for pecans, sprinkle the pecans into a baking sheet and pop them in the oven for just a few minutes to toast them. The color will deepen and they will be super aromatic. It takes the pecan flavor to the next level.
    Minimal effort with maximum pay off! I will never use non-toasted pecans (or walnuts) again!
