1/2 lbs (225 g) ground pork
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce + 1/2 dark soy sauce)
3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup mixed frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
3 cups leftover steamed rice
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
