Hey everyone! showing you 3 healthy smoothie recipes that you’ll love because they are low sugar, vegan, paleo smoothies! These are all paleo recipes and about intuitive eating and are what i eat in a day #healthysmoothies #keepupwithliv #paleorecipes

Mint Green
1/4 cup mint
1 1/2 cups spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like LivWell)
1 tbsp ground flax
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup frozen cucumber
1 inch ginger

Almond Cacao
1 tbsp cacao
1 scoop protein (chocolate) I like Nuzest Probiotic Chocolate
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp almond butter
pinch himalayan salt
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup frozen cucumber

Berry Rhubarb
4 frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Liv Well)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop MCT powder (or coconut butter or coconut oil)
1/2 stalk rhubarb
