Simi Valley…….. dude i really hope it works out. everything dies in Simi. PLEASE prove me wrong. Gotta check this out.
lol that might be the worst leg tat ive ever seen.
ANT just wanna give you a big thank you not sure if you get this enough but i really enjoy your vids. like i love waking up and going to YT to see what you posted and i love it.
In fine dining the team starts early getting the stock pots on the stove. In barbecue it's the same. Start early, making layers of flavor. Seak the peak!
Zefside represent. Well done Team!
Did he say bacon is $45/lb?
Ant wtf when you become a filmmaker? And a damn good one at that.
This guy was absolutely ROBBED in that Netflix BBQ Showdown. Those judges are 100% traditionalists which, mind you, isn't necessarily bad. My beef with that show is that BBQ is a cooking methodology and this guy was SO creative with what he made! The other guy was absolutely talented, no doubt, but he stuck to tried and true recipes for American BBQ that I could find in any major city.
BBQ SHOWDOWN ON NETFLIX WAS FUN TO WATCH.
This channel is top notch. The slyle if interviewing is perfect.
Repping Southern Oregon with that Kaliedoscope shirt! 💪
How do you keep the food at a proper temp in the truck during LA traffic? Do you use coolers?
DUDE! The editing on this is next next level! Keep leveling up! This one is your new benchmark for quality!
Mad love from South Africa
I'm so happy for their success. Food looks great
Ranch 99? Quality there arw not good.
Curious how he keeps the tri tips after smoking them, said he roasts them day of service, so it's like a reverse sear with a day in between lol
Heritage bbq said in your video there that they cold smoked their tri tips, then throw them over fire before service.
I am happy with how my tri tip turns out, but if I make much more than say 20 or so it gets difficult to manage.

Ant I need you to come to Georgia and checkout Sweet Auburn Bbq in McDonough, Ga you would love the owner and food.
this guy is cool
Man those char siu colored burnt ends look absolutely divine, holy hell. This guys is an inspiration. As a cook for most of my working life, I have recently been dreaming and planning to open an operation very similar to what he's doing here. Was so cool to watch someone do basically exactly what I've been planning.
Thanks for the amazing content, Bro! Hope you get as much excitement making it as I do watching it
DAAAAAAAMN that is an epic spread at the end. My mouth was watering! Was a huge fan of his on BBQ Showdown, glad to see him making more amazing food.
I'd love to try his stuff, Jason seems very passionate and humble. Wishing all the best to his family and his team. Great video!
I’m sorry but this man is hot
That's a lot of work for $1600 of revenue -hopefully not considering their entire revenue for the week. I applaud them for being self-sufficient. It seems to me they can greatly expand the operation to bring in better revenue a multitude of ways. Kudos!
great job again ant!
THAT is a menu!!! Yummy
OMFG, that Dragon Ball Z bamboo thing, I had the EXACT same thing growing up except it was a different scene and you totally just brought me back down to memory lane with that shit.
that's fabulous, isn't it.
no one is doing it like Ant
why is the sign on the front of the building blurred out like japanese porn?
Next level videos good job Ant! What a dream team these guys are.
dope dope dope
Simi= mountain biking
Black walnut is poisonous! The heck are you thinking?
Weird how i often see americaan chefs going to the supermarket to get their food ahah
In europe, those restaurants are seen as bad restaurants.
Good restaurants have specific vegetable/meat/dairy supplier coming every day/week to supply.
You get better price, better product
Look at that awful tat sleeve. He MUST be a good chef lol
Ants the G.O.A.T
