Ingredients for two servings:
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (360 ml / about 250g)
1 cup frozen mango* (240 ml / about 170g)
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml)
2 tablespoons chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml)
1 cup milk of choice (240 ml)

1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy

*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 1/5 cup / 40 g mango per serving and add frozen pineapple instead😁

How do you make soaked chia seeds?
Can we use natural lactose-free yogurt instead?
Combination of fruits with yogurt and combination of milk and yogurt are not healthy as it can cause digestive issues and allergies in the long run according to ayurveda. So, these foods are incompatable.

Smoothies are not that healthy as you eat a huge amount of food in one sitting. Which can hurt your liver. Don’t drink your fruits, eat them.
It does look good but taste of frozen fruits don’t give you the true taste
