5-ingredient Healthy Strawberry Mango Smoothie☀️🤩 This smoothie is refreshing, creamy and so yummy😋 Perfect for spring💛

Ingredients for two servings:
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (360 ml / about 250g)
1 cup frozen mango* (240 ml / about 170g)
1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml)
2 tablespoons chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml)
1 cup milk of choice (240 ml)

1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy


*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 1/5 cup / 40 g mango per serving and add frozen pineapple instead😁
