  1. I would like to try foods like pork belly, because I know it’s popular in some countries, but I’m afraid. I never liked the texture of fat on steak for example. I’m wondering how in the world people eat it. So, I’m guessing, if it’s cooked right it has a different texture then let’s say the texture of fat on sirloin steak?

  2. Absolutely LOVE these dishes. My biggest problem is where I live, Oyster sauce, Chinese Cooking Wine and other ingredients you list are not available 🤨. But I'll certainly give this one (Pork belly is the BOMB!) a go.

  3. I plan to make this soon but I only have an instant pot now! Im assuming the cook time will be reduced DRASTICALLY! And also, since the instant pot holds on moisture, it would have to be cook until the pork belly is tender and then cook the sauce without the lid….possibly taking the mat out so it doesn't turn into mush! Am I correct in my assumption!?
