I wanted to try those French toast rolls ups this morning but didnโt have strawberries so I tried it with that new Pumpkin Spice flavoured cream cheese (its already a little sweet so I didnโt add any extra sugar) and was delicious! Will definitely try more combinations of them in the future!
What monster lemons are they selling in Canada if those were small?? ๐

How about a drizzle of white chocolate on the lemon truffles, then it's not too thick but you still get the taste?
So Christopher likes salmiakki not licorice. I donโt like licorice but I like salmiakki and I donโt like when salmaikki is called salty licoriceโฆ it would be nice to send some Sisu to Christopher.
The lemon cream cheese balls would be good rolled in graham cracker crumbs instead of chocolate to give some texture

Grew up in California. My house was down the street from an orange grove, and a neighbor had a lemon tree that I used to make cheesecakes with the fruit. It's as wonderful as you think it is.
Maybe a white chocolate drizzle on the truffles would be just the right amount ๐
Today I made beetroot and chocolate muffins for my mum (she saw recipe on the tv). Absolutely yummy with a cream cheese & yoghurt topping/icing.
