after straining it, your flan still has so many air bubbles. it means that during cooking, the flan boiled instead of being gently heated from the steam.

So flan is Basically just Eggs that are baked so you could eat it for breakfast lol and for those that Literally think I'm serious just a heads up "I'M JOKING"
