  2. All recipes are simple and look tasty yet they are high in calories, no person on a diet would prefer to eat any of these which are loaded with sugar processed or not. These are indeed not healthy or good to eat while being on weight loss. Your title is misleading. I landed here because I was actually looking for some healthy dessert options that I could eat while being on a calorie deficit diet. These can be taken on cheat days but surely not if I crave to eat something sweet.

  4. This is the worst thing in the world that is posted in YouTube. I followed the recipe of chocolate shots and it burned it was just in the gas for not even 3 minutes. Please don't follow her recipes
