Muchas gracias!!!
Can’t wait to try this! ❤
High in protein but also high in sugar and calories. Probably not good for a people focusing on low sugar and calorie intake. 🙃
I don't have a blender but I do have a vitamix, think that will do the job? Wondering how long it will take blending to get the cocoa powder to mix with the milk and other ingredients.
Do you have a website or Pinterest? I'm looking for an easy way to save and keep track of your recipes.
id suggest macadamia nuts as a healthier alternative, but this looks pretty good. could swap dates for blueberries, lots of options. this looks great
fast and to the point. love the voice
Did you find firm tofu works better than soft? Does it make the smoothie thicker?
That's a really epic recipe here.
What about the calories… People who are bulking can have it… If you are losing weight then forget about it because the calories to protein ratio matters… The goal of people losing weight should be to eat as much protein as possible from a low calorie source such as Soya chunks or tofu… Adding dates nuts etc for taste defeats the purpose!! Also coco powder has a lot of calories as well,I was not aware of it until recently… But besides that anybody else can have it especially if you are bulking.
Excellent smoothie combo
Can you do protein smoothie bowls?
Ich glaub, ich probiers, sieht nämlich echt lecker aus. Glaubst du, man kann die Milch durch Wasser ersetzen? Wollte das Rezept eventuell etwas leichter machen.
It‘s always a pleasure watching your videos and getting new smoothies👏🤗😋
Yummy 🎉🎉🌱😋
