There’s nothing new about this technology. I’ve had a Woodflame for the last 20 years or so, still use it and love it.

This is a great grill, I used to have a Woodflame forced air grill and would love to have another but they now cost $360.00 a lot more than the $169.00 I paid for the one I got some years ago, so this Cook-Air works just as well and costs a lot less. Give it a try if you're 'on the fence'. If you don't like it you can probably sell it on eBay.
Great to go beside your George Forman Grill. I'll stick with real BBQ.
