As a former cinnabon baker…. No. Im sure these are good, but cinnabon definitely does not make their rolls this way.they get frosted immediately after they get removed from the oven. They dont get icing, they get cream cheese frosting, the kind you'd put on a cake. They are baked 9 at a time in a parchment lined pan with a ventilated lid. They're also close to 1000 calories each.

You needed to add the butter cinnamon and brown sugar mixture with the cream then bake them. So. Much. Better. Promise.

How much cream did you pour?
I wouldn't think you can cook with the cream on it I thought it would be mushy but I'm going to have to try that

Did you whip the cream at all before you poured it or is yours just thick like that? Mine is a looser so I'm afraid of messing up 😅
