  1. Ahhh, it just warms my heart when someone actually mentions washing off their dirty chicken hands before proceeding to the next steps. And that all important mention of cross contamination? Music to my ears! Thank you for this awesome and wildly entertaining video!

  2. just made this lot last night… super awesome and I think my neighbours now love me for life…. was a fake barbequer for years … (aka gas man) but have been converted…. loving my kettle bbq… a big thanks for the informative and enjoyable videos… slightly bummed that I was so into eating it all up that I forgot to take a single picture for instagram… oh well next time #latetotheparty #betterlatethannever

  3. Wait…..! You cannot have the 'Best Guacamole of Forever'…or even the 'Best Guacamole of Last Week' if you do not put some garlic in the guac. Guacamole is: avocado, lime juice, jalapeños, GARLIC, cilantro, and salt. You must have garlic or your guac will suck (at best, it will come in last place at the guacamole contest). Tomatoes are optional–I never use 'em–roasted tomatillos are a more authentic option and have better flavor.

Hey, don't feel badly, even some Mexican cookbooks forget to put garlic in the guac (usually the ones that are out of print and languishing on the remainder table at the book store.)

And, try substituting Chipotle Crema for the sour cream.
