Per romperla in maniera efficace bisogna raffreddarla 20 minuti maestro cioè a me piace così sennò cade tutta da tutte le parti a me piace questa ricetta però Io aggiungo anche la besciamella ma questa è una cosa personale anche perché poi il numero della ricetta cambia in pasta al forno alla siciliana
