Scusi ma lei rigoverna e ripulisce da solo o ha qualcuno che lo fa per lei? Io odio farlo!
Per romperla in maniera efficace bisogna raffreddarla 20 minuti maestro cioè a me piace così sennò cade tutta da tutte le parti a me piace questa ricetta però Io aggiungo anche la besciamella ma questa è una cosa personale anche perché poi il numero della ricetta cambia in pasta al forno alla siciliana
Ho fatto questa pasta un paio di settimane fa senza melanzane e venuta buona lo stesso sono siciliana
Non ha assaggiato l'uovo e il pangrattato che sicuramente saranno strepitosi come del resto tutti gli altri ingredienti
