hey great job with the basics, ik im only 13 but when you cook a steak like that try to add pressure to get a good crust and also try to dry brine it with salt by putting salt on the steak abt 30mins before you cook it. good job on remembering to render the fat😉also thats a medium rare but good job
Not to be rude, but that’s not rare and the crust is nonexistent. Try a thicker steak next time, let it dry brine with salt for a couple hours before, and then pat it dry before you put it in a real hot pan.
