  2. ..what's the difference between a mess of fish 🐟 and a bucket 🪣 full.. ? ..
    ..a good couple of dinners.. ! 🍻💜
.note..u would of had to break both my legs and arms to have throwed any of those back..😮

  3. Take the boney parts and pressure can it, plant jars filled with in 1/2 in of the top 1 top salt 1 TBS catchup, pressure can for 15 minutes, let set for 1 week. best fish you'll ever eat. The catchup will devolve the bones.

  4. According to the shifting calendar of the global warming crowd, you are supposed to be burning right now. Then they went over to climate change. Just like in the 70`s when they went the global cooling way. Great video, enjoyed it. Keep on keepin` on 🙂

  5. I'm glad you did this recipe down here in Southeast Alabama in my neck of the woods we have them red horse suckers and we love to catch some things but they are boney I'm going to make sure I use this recipe that you just did when I do them and I've never heard of squash fries and that's the first time I've ever seen them cooked tell the Miss's that I'm going to steal her recipe LOL.

  6. My dad used to take the belly part with all those bones and there's a method to cutting it. That way when you fry it those bones crystalize. After frying they come out like fish potato chips. He showed me how to do it. I love me some buffalo ribs and chips (that's what my daddy called them).

  7. Bradley: awesome video again as usual. Buffalo and Opps are definitely my favorite fish. To me, my opinion, Buffalo ribs and boneless tenderloins can't be beat. As far as catfish goes, Opps "yeller cats", have no competition for meat quality and taste – again, my opinion. We usually cook Buffalo and Opps together at our fish frys. You and Danielle always seem to have so much fun together out on the river. Thank you again for taking us along out on the river and at home for a great meal. Cheers – Roy
