Looks good. I just can't get past using mustard. 25 or 30 years ago nobody ever heard of using mustard. Maybe they did and social media helped make it popular. Chef Justin Wilson passed in 2001. He had his own cooking show on tv and numerous cook books.
Can imagine what his opinion would be about using mustard. I'll be polite. He would use certain words.
