Here’s the detailed recipe ✨
For Marination –
1Kg Chicken ( I have used 3 Thigh pieces weighing 1kg )
1 Cup Curd (250gms)
1/4 Cup Cream
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
Salt
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
-Mix well and let this marinate for minimum 2 hours, Preferably overnight.
Now, Cook chicken pieces on a pan on both sides till it’s completely done. This will take 15-20 minutes.
Then use the leftover marinade and pour it on the chicken pieces along with some lemon slices and green chillies.
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes and give it a final mix. Serve with roti or paratha and enjoy! ❤️
