  2. "Plan your cook". Let these words ring through your head every time before you cook. Very important. You'll get better at planning as you gain experience. Great video, but I think what is missing is this. Smoked items should be completely done first and then set aside to rest; either in a cooler (to retain the heat) or placed in an oven on low. (they''ll be just fine if not even better after some time to rest) Then you can reset the fire for your grill items. Don't try to cook it all at once. That's not the objective. The objective is to have it all ready to eat at once. Where you can build in slack time, do. Appreciate you.

  3. My logic is different… I run everything altogether if possible . The quick items come off first as expected Those are the appetizers for the impatient ones & kids so to speak The ribs, half chickens/leg quarters & briskets will come off much later after everyone has already snacked on the quicker-cheaper items 😂👌🏽❤️

  4. Broski … question.. whenever I two zone I’ll move the charcoal to one side of grill but after a while it seems the charcoal to the rear isn’t burning quite as hot as the ones up front. Is it because there’s less air circulating back there ? My grill has the vents up front fyi and one on lid
