  1. Che cazzo!!!!!!! This is faaaarrr from the perfect Italian sugo!!! This it horrible! This guy has no idea what he’s talking about. He said “
If you’re making a tomato sauce it’s gotta scream tomato…” and He used HORRIBLE tinned tomato’s, and tomato paste! And an insane amount of onion. This is one of the worst I’ve ever seen 😂

  2. not good enough… best sauce is only ground tomatoes heavily reduced no skins, olive oil, garlic and basil nothing else

also always mix the pasta, sauce and some pasta water in the pan… this guy fkin ruined it

  3. The Golden rule of cooking is never to add salt until all the ingredients in the particular dish has been fully cooked. For instant cooking and for show purposes these chefs recommend usage of high amount of salt. Less amount of salt usage gives you a healthier lives

  4. Italian here– In North Italy they would use more butter less olive oil. They should have an actual Italian to do this. And, as an Italian I never use onion or garlic ever. I use asafoetida instead. And he put way too much salt in the water.

  5. This is disgusting why not just tell them to pour tomate concentrate with dried garlic onion with some olive oil in a bowl?

Tomatoes are simple it's just tomatoes crushed, sometimes filtred if too much water, peeled and fresh basil, sea salt. Parmigiano, pecorino that's it. Anything has another name or a fantasy but not Italian

Some people allow some olive oil here… That's it and it's simple, tomatoes not good or ripe =no good tomatoes sauce

  6. And that is just way too much salt that you put into the water and the olive oil helps the pasta not sticking together I learned that from Italian women while working in the kitchens came up with the idea that you do not add olive oil to the water ask any Italian woman how they do this to get it I guess it's your first time to cook real Italian spaghetti but what I seen your short video I would throw it in the bin

  7. I think your message of cooking spaghetti it would be a failure because you need love with your cooking and looks like you do not have any love with your cooking Italians love to cook and I can see that you do not there's no method in your cooking you can call yourself or you like a good pasta sauce needs to simmer for about 4 hours reducing the liquid in the pot inside the souls actually sticks to your pasta and not run off your plate

  8. I guess you don't cook pasta that often or spaghetti growing up with Italian women they kind of like show you everything about making spaghetti it seems to me you have no clue whatsoever even though you're consider yourself a MasterChef just in your methods I hate it see what your food taste like either too salty or not enough flavor

  9. litterly looks stunning makes me want to eat it idc if its soo much oil or so much onion i just want a plate of it

edit: i tried it and my mom loved it, it tasted so freaking good and juicy.Prolly will do it again next time!!!
