I have one. It’s garbage
Get one of the Vitamix knock offs. I bought the JTC Omniblend and it's almost as good as the real thing
I had one of these. It worked well…until the lid broke and it was impossible to order a replacement. Also, gunk got inside the hollow jug handle and there was no way to clean it. Replaced it with a simple KitchenAid model 150 and I'm still loving this one.
I have a blender that just sits on a shelf. My NutriBullet does all of my blending now.
