Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe Demonstration – Joyofbaking.com

Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Chocolate Zucchini Bread. This Chocolate Zucchini Bread is wonderfully soft and moist with a deep chocolate flavor. The chocolate flavor comes from unsweetened cocoa powder (either natural or Dutch processed). To add even more chocolate flavor, I couldn’t resist adding some dark chocolate chips to the bread as well.

  1. i made this for my mom and she was skeptical at first because she thought the combination of zucchini and chocolate sounded odd, but that all went away when she tried this bread! you don’t even taste or even see the zucchini it tastes soooo moist as well. the best part though is how it tastes when it’s cooled down and refrigerated- 🙏😩 it tastes like it came straight from a bakery

  2. Made this tonight for dessert, and honestly, I’d trade all the brownie and chocolate cake just for this zucchini bread. So incredible, and the chocolate chips (I used mini chips which melted into the bread, and chunks – which became little melted chocolate surprises.) Makes me want to grow my own zucchini in the garden this year to make more for neighbors & family. Thank you for this recipe!

  3. I just found your channel today and I’m so thankful for it! I’m not a baker. I’ve never baked anything. I’ve been sifting through YouTube videos to try to bake something and your videos have been THE ABSOLUTE BEST at explaining the how and why of baking. You gave me the courage and I’m actually going to try and bake something tomorrow. THANK YOU!

  4. Absolutely delicious for chocolate lovers, can’t say how well it will keep as it disappeared almost as soon as it cooled . It was moist and not too sweet depending on how many chocolate chips you add. Made it again today for company I know they will love it

  5. This is the first I've heard of zucchini bread, but after watching the video, I knew I had to make it. I made with plain without adding any chocolate chips or nuts and it turned out great. Also, Stephanie, just wondering, what makes this a bread and not a cake? I'm new to baking, and my family members also asked why I called it a bread.

  6. This is absolutely delicious and specially the next day. Just one slice is so rich like a brownie. I made half the recipe in which I added half the amout of chips rest with walnuts and divine. I used flax eggs in place of eggs. Thank you and your recipes never fail. I am recommending this recipe to everyone I know 😊 I suggest not to leave out the choc chips to get the deep flavour and also it was with crisp edges to be fully baked when came out of the oven. but it softened after I left it in fridge overnight.
