⭐️ Steak Pot Pie with Homemade biscuits
INGREDIENTS
3 Tbsp cooking oil
2 lbs thin beef steak
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1 tsp granulated onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 (14.5 oz cans) beef broth
*salt and pepper to taste
12 oz bag of frozen vegetables
1 can of 8 flaky biscuits
2 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
parsley for garnish

My dad a recipe like this when I was young. He just called it beef stew. The biscuits were brushed with butter and sprinkled with garlic salt before baking. Thanks for taking me back to my childhood with this one! 😊

Hey thanks for this. It would be easy to use unsalted stock and garlic powder then salt after the flour mixture is made into gravy. Very practical and obviously delicious recipe! Thanks again!
