Healthy & High-protein Kiwi Smoothie that contains 25g of protein per serving and no protein powder🤩 The Greek yogurt I use contains 13g protein per 100g. You could add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra protein💪🏻

This recipe makes 2 servings:
2 kiwis
1 banana, (use a frozen one for a thicker smoothie)
1 cup spinach (240 ml)
1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) nonfat/low fat Greek yogurt (360 ml / about 375g)
1 – 2 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
2 tablespoons chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)

1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes, or you can soak them overnight to save time in the morning
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth

  2. Thanks for your reply as for the specific recipe I am 13yr old and I want to eat healthy and tasty recipe so I don't know any specific recipe Except those ingredients so can you please share it by your own please full meal recipe😊

  3. Many people do not know this but, when you put banana into anything, it negates the nutritional value of all the other foods for some reason. It's the way the body reacts to the banana. Just do a little research and see what comes up.
