– 1 packet dry active yeast
– 1/2 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
– 1 tsp. salt
– 1/2 tsp. sugar
– Water as needed
– 1/2 cup flour (for working surface)

Hi Ken, I made your bread it rose beautifully but it spreads in the oven. I even put in a loaf pan and the top was flat! What can I do??
