醬料也是有水份,
只是收乾收稠,巴附在表面,
跟滷進去的意義不同,
先煎過,油不就出來了?
那水的密度大,滲透進去肉裡,不是應該這樣嗎?
懵了,那貴頻道之前教的啤酒滷肉,可樂雞翅跟這次的方式⋯⋯到底哪種入味?
