This looks awesome, but why call a griddle a plancha? I know latinos are in vogue now, but why use spanish words for something that already has an english name? I say this a an actual latin american, not a latino in the USA. No hate, your channel is awesome and honestly should have more subs, it’s just that I’ve noticed more and more of this phenomenon and it irks me a bit. 😅

Dried berries actually can be spices! Ex: allspice is also a berry. Spices can also be roots/bark/stems/seeds. Maybe you were talking about herbs instead, which are leaves only? Regardless, sumac is amazing and very under utilized in my opinion!
