What is your internal temp before you add braising liquid?
๐๐พ๐ Looks Delicious
Did you do a somewhat recent video/videos on the ninja airfryer i think it was the max if so can you give me the title or link to video? Thanks CJ!
This might be a ridiculous question, but do I need to use pellets on the smoker setting? I live in an apartment that has a pretty strict no smoke policy. We can have electric grills but no "smokers" and I wanna be able to cook meats low and slow but I can do without the smoke billowing out the back of this thing for 30-45 min smoking up the whole back of my building. Asking because I don't think the bake or air crisp setting goes any lower than 325-350 and I wanna be able to cook at like 225-250. I don't mind the typical smoke that obviously comes with cooking but I know if you put pellets in this it can smoke pretty heavy till they burn out.
