Hi chef I made jalebi today as per ur instructions and it came out awesome, very crispy and juicy , just that i kept it for fermentation for 16 hours and nit for 24 hours even though winters are going on and the batter which I kept for 24 hours got too runny and i could not pipe the jalebis properly with it.
