I'm all for a medium rare, if not rare steak, but a grilled burger needs to be well done for me. I need that crusty, seared exterior that adds to the contrast of the fresh toppings, and soft toasted bun.
Bacon Jam needs pickled onions to round out the acidic part of the equation when on a burger.
