I think I spatchcock the chicken wrong 😅 instead of cutting the back I cut the breast in half and lay the chicken breast down only cuz we don't like breast that much and it comes out juicer that way

Food safety and sanitation was the one of the first ever topics discussed back when I was in college taking up hospitality management major in culinary, and it DRIVES ME NUTS whenever I see content creators especially girls with long hair- cook with their hair down, also long nails but not as much as hair since I know unless cooking is your profession, having long nails isn't a requirement. 😭
