Instructions are not really too instructional on some cases.
Maybe it would be better to get the original pk300? What is so much different about the original pk300 and the AF300 to justify the price difference and is it worth it?

I bought one recently. The instructions are weak. For a costly grill, they need to do better. I think I was missing two M6 screws also…
Now threw Black Friday the coal color version of this grill is 30% off the rest of the PK’s are 20% off. Pretty good sale if you were on the fence about getting.

I have an original PK and love it. But how they can sell a grill at $799 and not include a temp gauge is beyond me. Do better PK!

Get the 26 inch Weber Kettle instead. Inexpensive and a game changer for those with a 22 kettle. BTW the chamber on this doesn't leave much room between the grate and the coals it seems.
this grill is a rip off. I bought a lightly used weber kettle for $80

It seems like the Weber 22 has significantly more rack space would you say that there is adequate space for when you are grilling out when guests are over?
The PK seems great for everyday grilling if you have a small family but if you have the whole family over for Sunday dinner idk if it can handle the workload efficiently

Anyone who is dropping the coin for this unit definitely has or can easily get half size sheet trays. Hell there are hipster colored half sheets you can get now.
Bro, buy a set of hex socket bits and a drill socket adapter. It's a huge time saver for assembly.
Love how the lid goes all the way back. It’s a design flaw on my Webber MasterTouch.
I watched on Chuds BBQ page him smoking a brisket in his offset and then he vacuum sealed the brisket and did like a 12hr rest in a sous vide bath at 160 degrees or something like that. I know you are a fan of the long rest and have a warming oven. I would love to see you do this and get your opinion on it. I think it is a good idea I'm just worried of what it might do to the bark but Chud had nothing but good things to say about the method. And so far Chud is the only video I have seen on it, but that doesn't mean there isn't more. Cheers
