Do you have Leaky gut? Brain fog? Fatigue? IBS? Multiple food intolerances?
The Paleo Autoimmune Protocol, aka AIP has proven potential to reduce your symptoms and even put you into remission!
I’m Stacey. I’m an ACE certified Health Coach and P.T. as well as a Certified AIP coach through Mickey Trescott and Angie Alt’s practitioner program.
I put my celiac, leaky gut, chronic fatigue, alopecia and brain fog into full remission with AIP. I started AIP in November 2015 and have learned so much on my journey that I want to share with you! (I have since been able to reintroduce some nuts, seeds, seed- based spices, etc but I keep my YouTube recipes 100% AIP elimination phase compliant for you guys!)
I do AIP without a dishwasher or oven (or microwave!) and on a tight budget with very little spare time.
Subscribe to my channel for new videos every Thursday full of practical advice, helpful tips, recipes and inspiration on the Autoimmune Paleo protocol. You will also find these videos helpful if you are on the Wahl’s Protocol, Bulletproof Diet or Whole30!
Disclaimers: I am not a doctor, this is just what works for ME. My goal is to provide inspiration for how to implement the Autoimmune Protocol after you have personally made the decision to try it.
Always work with your physician when making dietary changes that could affect current health conditions, medications, etc.
Refer to Dr. Sarah Ballantyne’s book “The Paleo Approach” if you would like scientific explanations and references on the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol.

you are so lovely. I love your videos just because of the way you go about teaching us how to make these recipes. thank you
After watching your No-mato video I went to the store. Looked everywhere for Tamarind. Gave up. Came home, watched this video. Now I know what Tamarind is. Powder, or pods, Tamarind, here I come. Love this.
But this is a reintroduce phase ? Because o was reading that coffee is not AIP
Coffee? I thought coffee was not AIP.
Love your recipes! Just a quick side note, capers are a nightshade!
Hey at about 9 min in the video, you said you added 1T of honey and 2T of coconut aminos. What measurement is T? Tablespoon or teaspoon?
just made some… I didn't make it EXACTLY like yours but uh it was ok… it was like the south carolina yellow mustard type you see in the store…didn't have the smoked salt (couldn't find it) and I used acv instead of lemon juice… big mistake… too vinegary… oh well it was fun to try… thx for the vid
You truly have a gift for this. I may try to make this today. I have my Viome test coming. Thanks for all your help!
This is awesome! Thanks so much for sharing!
Hi Stacey, I've seen several AIP recipes calling for tamarind, but Wikipedia says it is a legume? I don't get how tamarind qualifies as AIP! A quick Google search didn't get me any closer to an answer either 🙁
Hi! I just started following you and love your videos! I'm new to AIP and this is so helpful on so many levels! Question… how long does the bbq sauce keep? If the shelf life is short do you think you could freeze a portion of it? Thank you!!!
I fell silly I don’t know what tamarid or coffig is 🤯
Such an awesome recipe! Can’t wait to try it! What brand of smoked salt did you use? I’m looking forward to getting my “Bbq” on.😊
please tell us how you tweaked it?
Made my orange bbq last night-urs looks way better!
I ADORE your videos! I love that you are willing to experiment and change things as you see fit. I do the same thing, look at a million recipes, look for the common denominators, then play! Have been feeling really sad about no sauces for my beef burgers, meatballs, ribs, etc. When my husband is eating his burger on a bun with all kinds of yummy things, i'm looking at mine thinking, oh yay, I can put some fresh herbs on it. :(! ANY sauce ideas you may have—THOSE would be much appreciated videos… sauces and dips. Especially a mustardy, or mayo-y or veg dip kind of thing. Thank you for your exuberance, your humor, and your down-to-earthness. The perfect balance!! 🙂 Happy 4th to you too!! I so appreciate your help as I start out on this AIP biZness!
Yummy! And just in time for the summer.
Hello! You are awesome! You help this AIP’er so much. Your recipes are wonderful and I love how you keep it “real” and simply things. Will be trying this BBQ sauce soon. What is the storage info on it? How long in the refrigerator and can you freeze it? Many blessing. Looking forward to more of your recipes!
