Just so you know, coming from almost 30 years in the food industry and cooking pork shoulder roasts, or pork steak ready shoulder butt, I've never once heard it refered to as boston butt. Always shoulder butt for steak ready, and shoulder roast for everything else.

Yeah I live in America and have never called it a “Boston butt”…
I'm from California, we don't call it a "Boston Butt" Only people from Boston call it a Boston Butt. lol I've never heard of the term "Boston Butt". Most in the U.S. call it a pork shoulder too.😉
