Ingredients
4 cups water
1 sachet jelly powder (green/white)
3 tbsp white sugar
1 pack all purpose cream
1 can condensed milk
300 grams mini sago/ tapioca
3 Pcs ripe avocados

Procedure
1. In a 4 cups water add jelly sachet and sugar, mix well and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
2. Pour in a molder, wait for 30 minutes, cut into cubes and set aside.
3. Blend 1 ripe avocado mix with 2 tbsp condensed milk, set aside.
4. Cut into cubes the remaining 2 avocados. set aside.
5. Mix all purpose cream,the remaining condensed milk in a container, mix well.
6. Add the blended avocado, avocado cubes and mini sago/ tapioca. Mix well. Taste according to preferred sweetness.
7. Chill before serving.
8. Serve.
