I like to add ginger to the mix then top the chops with fresh cilantro before eating.
I give out my little secret here, add 7 Up in the sauce then dip the meat in before they’re cooked.

Your recipe is amazing and so easy to follow. I tried it for the first time tonight, except I used a lot more garlic and substituted Worcestershire with soy sauce paste because I didn't have any. The craziest thing is this tastes exactly like my mom's bbq ribs!
