Bang Bang Chicken Wings by Schueys BBQ
Bang bang chicken originated in Sichuan China and I feel we have just elevated this chicken to new heights by adding nerf guns and using wings.
Is this an authentic recipe, no it isn’t because I’m not from Sichuan China. I’m from Melbourne Australia barbecuing bang bang chicken wings my way. The flavours are popping, the chicken is tasty and you will love it.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
As always, cheers for watching and see below for equipment I use to make my videos and the gear I use in them.
