Avocado oil is a junk fat just like soybean oil is. The only healthy fats are lard and beef tallow. Most all seed oils contain hydrogenated fats because they are heated and filtered when they are mad.

Looks delicious! 😋 😋 However, I think dried parsley is just a bland and blank seasoning. Just like cilantro, when you dry parsley it loses all its flavor. Adding it adds nothing to the dish.
With the things you make it's such variety that one could eat with you all the time get plenty full and maintain good health.
