Barbecue Pulled Beef Sandwich Recipe

With the kids home, this was sort of easy to make. I like to bake it low and slow in the oven.

Barbecue beef 🥩

Beef chuck
Beef short ribs

Seasonings
Worcestershire sauce (1/3 cup)
Apple cider Vinegar 1/4 cup
Liquid hickory smoke 1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard

Spices

1/3 cup brown sugar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cumin
Paprika

It’s best to let it marinate overnight.

Cook on low 280 and cover for 6 hours. Once done, remove the lid or aluminum foil and bake with barbecue sauce for another 15 minutes.

Serve this as a filling inside small buns 🫶🏻 sometimes, we like to add inside coleslaw, which gives it an extra delicious flavor.
